Reblocking / Re Stumping is the first job to do on all house repairs and renovations. We provide a 7- year building guarantee with the job done correctly from start through to the finish. We have Domestic and Commercial registration for sub-floor work. We know that finding a tradie can be hard but at Dorset Re blocking we value

- Underpinning of brick houses/structures
- Replaces rotten timber stumps with concrete/steel stumps depending on height required
- Remove and replace old ducted heating piping as required
- Excavate out further under the house as requested( Dorset has a kubota)
- Install steel stumps for extra room under the house for ‘man caves’ etc
- Replace timber flooring with new as required

What is Reblocking?
Reblocking is the removal and replacement of the old timber stumps under your house that have deteriorated due to age, damage or moisture with new concrete and/or steel stumps. This can be targeted towards individual sections of your house or the whole house if needed.
Through this process of structural repair Dorset Reblocking will also Re-level the house.
